Etching & Bend Lines

Total Laser Cutting offers etching of part no’s and bend lines on most of our laser cut parts, which has proven to be very successful – however this is not the case with Ali (no etch lines can be etched on this material).

The purpose of the etching is for part identification only as it’s a fine laser etch into the surface of the plate and will wear off with time. It is also used to etch the end of bend lines on small run bent parts to prevent marking out once cutting is completed.
