Aluminium Cutting

Total Laser Cutting can cut Ali from 0.5mm thick to 12mm thick.

The cut edge on the Ali as with the other materials is square with no discernible tapper to the cut edge.

Please note, as the plate gets thicker there can be a burr left behind on the underside of the cut edge, this is unavoidable, this is removed in house however should these parts be of architectural appearance it is suggested that these be removed by the customer.

Unlike carbon and stainless steels, Ali cannot be laser etched.
